shes my first mlp mif oc : ) her names quila shes got feather hair because when she was a young filly she was jealous of the Pegasus's able to fly; so she used her magic to try and make wings, she got them all right but her hair turned into wings instead hahaha xD i guess be careful what you wish for!!
